Arriving by plane

Šibenik is conveniently located in between of two major international airports:

  • Split International Airport (SPU)

  • Zadar International Airport (ZAD).

Both airports are booming over the last decade, Split being, from early May to late September, directly connected to over 120 European cities, and Zadar becoming a major hub of some of the biggest European low cost operators. Both airports are well connected by regular local bus lines with downtown Šibenik, from where local bus lines to Amadria Park are available.

Shuttle from Split or Zadar airport to Conference venue starting from 200 HRK (25 EUR) per person.

If you are staying in Hotel Ivan, Hotel Niko or Mobile homes, shuttles can be arranged directly by sending an e-mail to transfers.excursions@amadriapark.com.

The e-mail should contain your arrival date, time and flight number.

Also, make sure to write that you are EPDIC17 participant.

The waiting time for shuttle transfer should be max. 30 min depending on the the time of your flight.

Arriving by bus

Croatia has excellent and efficient network of bus lines. The buses are comfortable, air-conditioned and run on time. It is easy to reach Šibenik from any major Croatian town, especially from the main Zagreb bus station, from where there are many daily buses to Šibenik.

Arriving by car

If you are travelling from Zagreb, take the A1 highway (direction Split), and take the exit "Šibenik".

The local road 33 brings you to the D8 - old Adriatic coastal road. Take the direction "Split" (not "Šibenik city centre"), and you will see shortly the sign "Amadria Park". Turn right and drive for another 1.5 km, and you are there.

If you are travelling from Rijeka (along the Adriatic coast), just take the A6 highway (direction Zagreb) to Bosiljevo, and then turn to A1 highway towards Split. Take the exit "Šibenik". The local road 33 brings you to the D8 - old Adriatic coastal road. Take the direction "Split" (not "Šibenik city centre") and you will see shortly the sign "Amadria Park". Turn right and drive another 1.5 km and you are there.
