Poster Presentations

​

The white plastic poster boards (HDF, high density fiber) of the dimensions 1.1 m x 2 m are on your disposal for poster presentation. Poster boards will be installed in the EPDIC17 Living room - Šibenik I Hall, along with the commercial exhibition and coffee breaks. Appropriate material (patafix) for fixing the posters on poster boards will be provided onsite for your convenience. Please do not use any agressive material of your own which could damage the boards. For the exact place for your poster, please consult the Poster Timetable.

 

All posters should be displayed from 1/06/2022 at 8:30 AM to 3/06/2022 at 1:00 PM.

Poster boards will be at your disposal from 31/05/2022 at 5:00 PM.

Make sure to put your poster on display before the poster session begins the following day, and to remove it before 1 PM on 3/06/2022

IMPORTANT: Should you fail to remove your poster from the poster board after 1:00 PM on 3/06/2022, we shall invoice you for ecoPDF (eco poster disposal fee) in an amount of HRK 250,00.

Oral Presentations

​

Presentations must be uploaded at the Upload desk (next to the Hall Šibenik I) one day prior to the lecture, at latest until 17:30. There will be assistants at the Upload desk to help you with the file uploading.

The Upload desk will be open: 
on 31 May:                   15:30 to 17:30
on 01 and 02 June:     9:30 to 10:00 and 15:30 to 17:30

For optimal presentation, please use 16:10 format. Laptops running the presentation will have MS Powerpoint installed. 

 

Plenary lecturers and award lecturers will have the option of using their own computer, but they must provide necessary adapter(s) required to connect to the projector.
