Gastronomy and dining option

Dalmatian Village at the AMADRIA PARK.

Authentic Dalmatian Village provides a local experience, complete with dining, traditions and customs, and many home-grown goods from its own eco-garden. Offering a garden-to-plate experience, the village gives you a taste of the cooking traditions and agricultural methods of the region’s past, offering delicious, rustic menus while also showcasing handicrafts. The bread, cheese, olive oil and brandy are all hand-made.

Beachside Restaurants at the AMADRIA PARK.

There are two alfresco, a la carte restaurants – Restaurant Trattoria and Restaurant Legend offering beach-side dining with fine, restaurant-quality Mediterranean-style food. Restaurant Bongos offers a range of grilled-meat specialities in relaxed open-air surroundings by the sea. Chic En Vogue Beach Club offers an enticing range of dining choices, covering bites, sides and mains to enjoy by the pool. If you feel like gelato do not miss the cake shop Sweet Dreams.

Shopping options

Each hotel has its own shop stocked with essential items and authentic Croatian souvenirs. In particular, an interior passage between the Hotel Ivan’s lobby and Convention Centre Šibenik, features three premium-brand stores for fashion, gifts, jewellery and accessories. In addition to the in-hotel stores, two convenience stores (market and supermarket) are located within the resort. ATMs are located in each hotel.

Transportation options

Easiest way to reach old town of Šibenik is to ask at the hotel reception for car transfer. Prices are indeed reasonable, one way transfer (in car with three passengers) will be less than 10 EUR per car.

Outside Amadria Park

The Gasto Italiano is located at the address: Podsolarsko 78, which is a reasonable short walk from the AMADRIA PARK resort. The Gasto Italiano offers daily a wide variety of fresh seafood.

If you find yourself in Šibenik old town be sure not to miss the Pelegrini - situated opposite to the beautiful St James Cathedral, this restaurant also has a few small tables arranged outside on the ancient steps. The decor is a light, elegant mix of old and new and the service excellent. Stefan, the owner-chef, puts plenty of energy into expressing the best of himself and the region, creating modern meat and fish dishes from top-quality ingredients. The tasting menu allows you to create your own dining experience by choosing the exact number of courses you require and the individual dishes which tempt you. Pelegrini is not cheap however the prices are reasonable for the Michelin star restaurant.
