Cancellation policy

Sponsorship packages

All sponsorship, item and services paid  (including those paid before March 28, 2020) are eligible for refund according to the cancellation policy (see below). If the payment was effectuated by a credit card, the refund will be effectuated to the credit card of the payment. If the payment was effectuated by the bank transfer, the written request for refund must contain the bank account details to be used for the refund.

 

Cancellation policy is as follows: 

Until February 1, 2022:                                   100% refund (deducted for an administrative charge of 400 HRK)
From February 2 until February 28, 2022:     50% refund (deducted for an administrative charge of 400 HRK)

 

No refund  under any circumstances will be made for the cancellation requests received after February 28, 2022 or for no-show.

 

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@epdic17.org. The cancellation requests received until November 30 2021 will be followed by a refund with a maximal delay of 30 days from the day of the request. Cancellation requests received from December 1, 2021 onwards, will be processed after the rescheduled EPDiC17.

Hotel reservation

Until May 11, 2022:                                             free cancellation 
After May 11, 2022                                             20% of total booked stay will be charged

Total booked stay will be charged for no-show.
