PROGRAMME

Conference proceedings

All registered participants who have an accepted abstract at the Conference are encouraged to submit a corresponding manuscript for publication in the EPDIC17 Proceedings.

​

Accepted manuscripts will be published in the Special Issue dedicated to EPDIC17 of Croatica Chemica Acta published by the Croatian Chemical Society, and co-publishered with Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, and RuÄ‘er Bošković Institute, Zagreb since 1927. Croatica Chemica Acta is an open access journal. Croatica Chemica Acta does not charge neither article processing charges nor article submission charges. CCA is indexed in Chemical Abstracts Plus (CAPlus), Science Citation Index (SCI), Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Current Contents – Physical, Chemical & Earth Sciences (CC), SCOPUS, EBSCO – Academic Search Complete, ProQuest, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and Portal of Croatian Scientific Journals

To assist in preparation of EPDIC17 manuscripts, please refer to  Instruction for authors.

​

Once your manuscript is prepared, please send it as a compressed zip file to cca@hkd.hr. The subject of your e-mail should be "EPDIC17 - your surname". 

​

Deadline for proceedings submission is July 1, 2022.

​

Guest editors of the special issue of CCA dedicated to EPDIC17 are Prof. Paolo Scardi on the behalf of EPDIC Committee and Dr. Martina Vrankić, on the behalf of Local organizing Committee.

IUCr Scientific Freedom Policy Statement

The Organizing Committee of the European Powder Diffraction Conference (EPDIC17) shall observe the basic policy of non-discrimination and affirms the right and freedom of scientists to associate in international scientific activity without regard to such factors as ethnic origin, religion, citizenship, language, political stance, gender, sex or age, in accordance with the Statutes of the International Council for Science.

At this Conference, no barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists.

Statement on Gender Balance at EPDIC17
The EPDIC17 Organizing Committee, (which itself is composed according to the gender balance policy) fully supports and promotes gender equality in accordance to the IUCr principle:

We will enforce and ensure the gender equality among our lecturers and participants, and we will pay a special attention to the gender balance in evaluating bursary applications.
