For all given dates, the application of the given fee starts at 0:00 CET and ends at 23:59 CET. For instance, the regular rates are applicable from 01/03/2023 at 0:00 CET until 18/03/2023 at 23:59 CET.
Reduced registration fees are applicable for Ph.D. students and retired academic scientists. Proofs of eligibility will be required.
Non-academic registration fees apply to the employees of companies and organizations outside universities and public research institutes.
*Late Abstract Submission Fee (LASF) will be invoiced to those who submit or modify their abstracts after the abstract submission deadline (01/02/2023).
