Oral and poster presentations

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Sessions with plenary, invited lectures and oral presentations will take place on 19th (Wednesday) and 21st April (Friday) from 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:20. On 20th (Thursday) and 22nd April (Saturday), oral presentation will take place from 9:00-15:00 and 9:00-11:00, respectively.

Presentation duration
Plenary lecture is allocated 45 minutes (40 min lecture + 5 min Q&A).
Each invited lecture is allocated 30 minutes (25 min lecture + 5 min Q&A) and each oral presentation 20 minutes (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).
Uploading your talk
You may upload your talk in the lecture room on the day of your presentation from 08:30 in the morning before the sessions, or during the coffee and lunch breaks. We do recommend that you bring your talk on a USB. There will be assistants at the Registration desk to help you with the file uploading.
Laptops running the presentation will have MS Powerpoint installed.
Plenary and invited lecturers will have the option of using their own computer, but they must provide necessary adapter(s) required to connect to the projector.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
All posters should be displayed during both poster sessions, on 19th (Wednesday) and 21st April (Friday) from 15:30 to 17:30.

The white plastic poster boards (HDF, high density fiber) of the dimensions 1.1 m x 2 m will be on your disposal for poster presentation. Poster boards will be installed in the lecture room along with the commercial exhibition and coffee breaks. Appropriate material (patafix) for fixing the posters on poster boards will be provided onsite for your convenience. Please do not use any aggressive material of your own which could damage the boards.
Poster boards will be at your disposal from 19th April (Wednesday) at 8:30.
Make sure to put your poster on display before the poster session begins and to remove it before 19:00 on 21st April (Friday).
